Adding a loved one to the
"Book of Lives"

The "Book of Lives" is a living record of the men and women who have made a major impact on us. Whether it be a husband, wife, father, son, mother, aunt, granny of friend it does not matter. This on-line record can be viewed by anyone anywhere on the Internet at any time. It records the milestones and memories that made up the life of the men and women recorded here.

Every commemorative page carries a unique web site address which can be emailed to family and friends allowing them direct access to your loved one without having to negotiate a series of links to get there.

There are two sets of charges for including a loved one in the "Book of Lives".

1: Commemorative Packages -
establishing the web page (includes use of all customised graphics):

Packages may be upgraded at any time.

Set up costs
Economy Pack A picture of the deceased person and a family picture of your choosing.
A page of text overviewing the person's life with key dates and information such as:
  • Date of Birth and Death
  • Date of Marriage and name of wife
  • Children of the marriage
  • Where buried
  • External family Links and email
  • Choice of background music

Option of additional short poem or story written for or selected in memory of the deceased

 $250 (includes administration fee for first five years)
Standard Pack As in the economy pack but with:
  • Links to up to five pages carrying information on family at the time of the death.
  • Up to ten extra images of your choice with short description/caption.
  • Family tree to three generations
  • Photo album of ten pictures with two key events like weddings, holidays, etc. (Additional albums or pictures can be added at a small extra cost)
  • Short sound byte tribute on deceased
$750 (includes administration fee for first five years)
Comprehensive Pack We will work on a custom-built web page as big as you want with customised graphics, links etc...  Price after finalising design and other parameters.

($200 fee payable up-front for preparing proposal. $200 deducted from price if proposal accepted)

Payment for Commemorative Packages is in advance. Prices include GST.

2: Ongoing five-yearly administration fee of $75 - (ie $15 p.a.) regardless of package taken.

(Establishment costs include the first five year's administration fee on-line.)

The same annual administration fee applies regardless of size of the commemorative web page established.

There are no other costs payable to place your loved one's commemorative page on RIP's "Book of Lives".

Leave it to us!

Once you have given us the go-ahead we look after establishing the web page. All we need from you is the photographs and the text to be used on the page. This can be sent to us by email or by mail. Once the page is completed (this normally takes a couple of weeks) we will inform you of the URL location where family and friends will be able to find your loved one's commemorative page on RIP's "Book of Lives".
